ABOUT

Pale Space Gallery is an independent online art gallery based in New York, dedicated to supporting artists from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds around the world. The name “Pale” is inspired by Henriette Mertz’s book Pale Ink, which uses faint ink traces as a metaphor for the subtle marks of history. This concept reflects our vision of an open and boundless space that nurtures new ideas and emerging forms of artistic expression.

Since its founding, Pale Space Gallery has curated multiple international online exhibitions, featuring works by artists from more than ten to over twenty countries and covering a wide range of media including painting, photography, sculpture, installation, and digital art. Each thematic exhibition focuses on issues such as contemporary society, cultural identity, ecology, and technology, fostering cross-cultural dialogue and critical reflection.

Our exhibitions and featured artists have been highlighted on international art platforms such as ArtConnect and ArtCall.org and actively shared across global art communities on social media. Several participating artists have subsequently been invited to other international exhibitions and featured in interviews with professional art publications. The gallery’s curatorial and jury work is supported through collaborations with art professionals from the United States and Asia, ensuring both international perspectives and professional standards.

As an international platform for artistic exchange, Pale Space Gallery showcases innovative practices across various mediums and provides meaningful opportunities for both emerging and established artists to gain international exposure and professional growth. A portion of the entry fees is dedicated to supporting artists and art projects, reinforcing our mission to contribute to a sustainable and inclusive art ecosystem. Pale Space Gallery continues to expand collaborations with international curators, critics, and institutions, actively fostering cross-cultural dialogue and artistic innovation.
